BODYBUILDING MYTHS AND MISTAKES PART 2 (2020)

So here we are in the second part of the mistakes and myths in bodybuilding.
With this blog, you will get a clear view of the mistakes and you should avoid and how to replace them.
1. Wrong exercise and wasting time
So you may don't know that most of the workout machine your gym has to offer is a waste of time because it doesn't help you like the free weight exercise like the one with dumbbells, barbells and lets pull machines give. Free weight training helps your body to move in a three dimensional way, no one had made a chest fay good using press machine but only by dumbbells and bench press.
In another word, the best exercise that is beneficial to the body is known as compound exercises because they involve many parts of the body like squats, deadlifts, bench press etc..
Another type is known as isolated exercises Which only focus on one part of the body like biceps curls, leg extension and all.
Studies have shown that a compound exercise is more effective than isolated exercises  It doesn't mean that bicep curls are all completely stupid but you must add compound exercises to your daily routine.
2. Lifting like an idiot
The next thing you gonna see in the gym is that people trying to lift heavyweight in the wrong way they don't want to gain mass they just had to show others that they are pretty cool and what finally happens is injuries dislocation and torn muscles. Please don't end up like this. Do the exercise properly in its correct method rather than lifting more weights and ending up injured.
3. Lifting like wussies
Gaining muscle and building a better body is very painful, it's not easy its a process of considerable time, effort, discipline and dedication. Don't hear what others say it's not easy. There are people that don't have the mindset to work hard or push through this. They want change but don't have the mindset to work through it, they come to the gym as an exact copy of the yesterday and will do not gain anything and they quit at last.
4. Eat become small or fat
You probably have heard that body grows outside the gym when we have proper rest and nutrition. Keeping a proper nutrition diet is as important as lifting weights if you eat less and how much you work hard or lift more you won't grow and at the same time if you eat more like having more calorie food into your body you would gain muscle which will be hidden under a dirty flabby fat.

Now you have gone through the common mistakes that happen so try to avoid them and work properly with discipline and dedication and always give importance to diet as same as exercises.

THE THEORIES OF MUSCLE GROWTH

Today in this blog, I am gonna discuss some laws based on bodybuilding. As a complete beginner, it is better to learn how the muscle works and grow rather than just going to the gym and lifting weights wrongly and ending up disappointed.                               THE FIRST LAW  1. YOU HAVE TO FORCE IT IN ORDER TO GROW THE MUSCLE  Trust me most of the people don't know how muscle grows when we lift a weight you are actually causing tiny tears in the muscle fibres known as micro-tear. So when you lift weights normally you are just causing only a few micro-tears which the body will eventually replace the body knows there isn't need of any additional muscle. But you're lifting forcibly in such a way that it causes a lot of micro-tears and the body fail to repair them so the body repairs them with an additional set of fires with the help of the proper nutrition you have taken in as fuel...

BODYBUILDING MYTH AND MISTAKES PART 1 (2020)

Today in this blog, I would like to take a moment to discuss the biggest mistakes and myth based on bodybuilding, as I said in the previous section many of them would be a victim of the myths and stories made by the people who don't know anything about fitness.  1. More sets = more muscles   One of the greatest mistakes we see among the beginners is that they think that the more sets and reps we do the more we build. But who actually wants to spend 2-3 hours in the gym squatting until one bleed their nose or deadlifting until they puke  Training a lot will make you weak, 2 hours of intense lifting will make you lose your muscle and shrink because you're breaking down the muscle too much for your body. While we exercise our body produces hormones such as testosterone and growth hormones such as insulin and also as a part if physical stress the body produces cortisol which increases blood sugar level and fights inflammation, but at the same time will...
