Today in this blog, I am gonna discuss some laws based on bodybuilding. As a complete beginner, it is better to learn how the muscle works and grow rather than just going to the gym and lifting weights wrongly and ending up disappointed.
THE FIRST LAW
1. YOU HAVE TO FORCE IT IN ORDER TO GROW THE MUSCLE
Trust me most of the people don't know how muscle grows when we lift a weight you are actually causing tiny tears in the muscle fibres known as micro-tear. So when you lift weights normally you are just causing only a few micro-tears which the body will eventually replace the body knows there isn't need of any additional muscle. But you're lifting forcibly in such a way that it causes a lot of micro-tears and the body fail to repair them so the body repairs them with an additional set of fires with the help of the proper nutrition you have taken in as fuel. So you have to lift forcibly causing lots of micro-tears and the feed well.
THE SECOND LAW
2. MUSCLE GROWS FROM OVERLOADING NOT FATIGUE IT PUMPING
As I said in the previous blog that burning sensation is the production of lactic acid as a result of continuous movement of the muscle it tells the boy to start the anabolic hormones but if the amount of lactic acid increases it causes damage to tissue. Pumping another factor is just the blood trapped it allows your body to protein synthesis, but it's not gonna help with muscle growth.
Then the question will what will cause the muscle to grow its overloading meanest lifting heavy weights and shorten the duration of reps and sets.
THE THIRD LAW
3. MUSCLE GROWS ONLY IF IT IS PROPERLY FED
Nutrition has the most part of the bodybuilding of about 70-80%. You may lift heavy and rest for 2 days, allowing the muscle to grow. Checking the correct amount of proteins and which food and types, the number of carbs and all. Your body may depend on the food you eat and how you take it.
So lift the heavy weight do it forcibly causing lots of micro-pores and then take better rest and nutrition.
