All these people who hear them won't even know what the basic words mean like what is a calorie? What is fat? What are the muscles? What are carbohydrates? what you will see when you ask them is confused face that doesn't know what it means

THE THEORIES OF MUSCLE GROWTH

Today in this blog, I am gonna discuss some laws based on bodybuilding. As a complete beginner, it is better to learn how the muscle works and grow rather than just going to the gym and lifting weights wrongly and ending up disappointed.                               THE FIRST LAW  1. YOU HAVE TO FORCE IT IN ORDER TO GROW THE MUSCLE  Trust me most of the people don't know how muscle grows when we lift a weight you are actually causing tiny tears in the muscle fibres known as micro-tear. So when you lift weights normally you are just causing only a few micro-tears which the body will eventually replace the body knows there isn't need of any additional muscle. But you're lifting forcibly in such a way that it causes a lot of micro-tears and the body fail to repair them so the body repairs them with an additional set of fires with the help of the proper nutrition you have taken in as fuel...

But who actually wants to spend 2-3 hours in the gym squatting until one bleed their nose or deadlifting until they puke  Training a lot will make you weak, 2 hours of intense lifting will make you lose your muscle and shrink because you're breaking down the muscle too much for your body. While we exercise our body produces hormones such as testosterone and growth hormones such as insulin and also as a part if physical stress the body produces cortisol which increases blood sugar level and fights inflammation, but at the same time will...
