THE THEORIES OF MUSCLE GROWTH

Today in this blog, I am gonna discuss some laws based on bodybuilding. As a complete beginner, it is better to learn how the muscle works and grow rather than just going to the gym and lifting weights wrongly and ending up disappointed.                               THE FIRST LAW  1. YOU HAVE TO FORCE IT IN ORDER TO GROW THE MUSCLE  Trust me most of the people don't know how muscle grows when we lift a weight you are actually causing tiny tears in the muscle fibres known as micro-tear. So when you lift weights normally you are just causing only a few micro-tears which the body will eventually replace the body knows there isn't need of any additional muscle.
